Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, complete any necessary health intake forms, and change into a robe before your treatment begins. Arriving late may result in a shortened or cancelled session, as we are committed to keeping on schedule for all our guests.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service fee. We understand that emergencies happen — please call us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Certain conditions, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or allergies, may require a modified treatment plan or medical clearance. We ask all guests to complete a brief health intake form before their first visit. Complimentary designated on-site parking is available for all guests in our assigned spots. There are also plenty of free street parking on Kicullen Castle Gate and Silver Star Blvd.  We are located at 3390 Midland Ave, Unit 16, North of Finch Ave E., and South of McNicoll Ave. Our spa is also right beside the Midland/Kicullen bus stop if you take the #57 Midland bus.
